Can I return my custom Sojourn Bag?
Once a custom bag has been ordered it cannot be returned unless there is a visible manufacturer defect.
Can I wash my Sojourn Bag?
We recommend dry cleaning to keep your bag looking its best.
Can I return my ready-made Sojourn Bag?
Ready-made Sojourn bags may be returned for exchange only within 14 days of purchase.
Why is the Sojourn label on the inside of the bags?
We give credit where credit is due! You help design it, why should we take all the credit.
