Ready-made Sojourn bags may be returned for exchange only within 14 days of purchase. Once a custom bag has been ordered it cannot be returned unless there is a visible manufacturer defect. You must contact Sojourn directly to receive an authorization number for return and exchanges of ready made bags.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are valid for up to one year after date of purchase. They may be redeemed online or at any of our Sojourn parties.
SHIPPING
Sojourn’s preferred Shipping method is UPS. We charge a flat shipment rate for your order based on UPS service selected.
SALES TAX
All orders shipped within the State of Illinois are subject to an 9.00% tax rate.
